Everyone is different, But Everyone Can Be Thankful

Thanksgiving (n.) – is not only an annual national holiday marked by religious observances & a traditional meal, but is the expression of gratitude. Every day there is something to be thankful for. This can be a small thing. This can be a big thing. Being thankful is the easiest way to be healthy.

Choose five things that you are thankful for each day. Write it down in a journal. Do this for as many days as you can without repeating anything. If you cannot think of anything else, start again until you find something new to be thankful for. This practice not only good for you, but the whole family.
